The passive nature of millennial job-seeking is putting great companies at risk of not being able to find new talent as the more loyal baby-boomers continue to retire. This is also putting a lot of pressure on business owners and HR directors to find new, outside-of-the-box ways to recruit and change the work atmosphere into a fun place to be and work at.
The key is to share your company culture with engaging content that showcases the work environment, the mission of your company, and the responsibilities of the role. The companies that are able to communicate their positions more effectively will be able to build a reputation of being a great employer.
